Circa Inside Out Foldover Notebook
These are nice notebooks, but they are not leather, though they look like it, they are leatherette. Otherwise known as vinyl. They have pockets on the back cover that are just heat welded on, which is not the most reliable system. List price is 69 and 49 on sale compared to staples offering which are between US$17 and 40 out of leather. Now staples quality is probably not quite as good as levenger and definitely the slots are bigger and and probably better.
Why better? well I don't really know what its like having the same thing with a bigger slot, they would catch on more paper as the shoulder is bigger. I also have no idea where the two are made. Though most arc is made in China. It would just be nice to have something made closer to home.
